Terms and Conditions

This Network Promotion comprises of three hundred and twelve (312) daily prize drops and a total of fifty-two (52) one-day long tournaments (as described below) which will run weekly exclusively
on the selected game shows game (the “Participating Game*”) throughout the Network Promotion Term, as follows:
• Between 5th of June 2024 and 4th of September 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Lucky 6 Roulette (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:
o A total of seventy-eight (78) daily prize drops (each a “Lucky 6 Prize Drop), where every Lucky 6 Prize Drop will run every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except every Friday of the Promotional Term during the Friday Mega Tournament schedule.
o A total of thirteen (13) one-day long tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”), where every Friday Mega Tournament will run every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.
*The Participating Game is subjected to change during the Promotion Term. The game change will be applied every thirteen (13) promotional weeks.
• To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros (€ 4,160,000).
• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below and will have no wagering requirements.
Lucky 6 Prize Drops Mechanics:
• To qualify in a Lucky 6 Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) in the Participating Game.
• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.
• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.
• The random Lucky 6 Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• The Lucky 6 Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

How players may participate in a Lucky 6 Prize Drop:
1. A player must join or opt-in to the Lucky 6 Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.
2. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Lucky 6 Prize Drop period.
3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

Friday Mega Tournament Mechanics:
• To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) on the Participating Game.
• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all win multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.

Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50
Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1,000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200
Player final score will be 200 + 50 = 250

• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
• In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.

How players may participate in a Friday Mega Tournament:
1. A player must join/opt-in to the Participating Game.
2. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with the required minimum bet in any of the available currencies on the Participating Game.
3. A player will rank on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all wins multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.
4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Friday Mega Tournament.
*Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.

Lucky 6 Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments Promotional Terms:
• To be eligible to participate in the Lucky 6 Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions:
• All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will take part be eligible in the Lucky 6 Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments.
• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Friday Mega Tournaments and Lucky 6 Prize Drops simultaneously.
• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Lucky 6 Prize Drop period.

A. LUCKY 6 PRIZE DROPS
▪ Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.
▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of thirty thousand Euros (€ 30,000) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of five thousand Euros (€ 5,000) across five hundred (500) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

General Terms and Conditions:
• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term. Players are required to join/opt-in in a game.
• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.
• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its discretion, amend at any time.
• Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
• Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
